Changes in 1.4:
- removed the Apple IAds (no more advertisment)
- Added map image to email
- improved goole maps link
- added altitude to E-Mail and SMS
- fixed a problem with E-Mail on the iPad
- added "Way Home Finder" button
- display of version number in the logo
